tv.jpgNow I don't know much about the specifications of this HD TV or if the picture is even good, but for some reason I love it.  Its like saying to the car salesman that your only specifications are a black car with the stereo upgrade.  I think this product is probably marketed for women.  The Aurea is a fully LED back-lit flat screen tv that glows through the case border. The colors change based on what is on the screen.  Gimmicky?  Yes.  I think this is the kind of TV you would put in your bedroom, with the "mood lighting" and all.  I hear the 42" will cost a whopping $6895.  Yikes!  I don't have that job yet.  The picture better be spectacular.  The website kinda sucks.  It loads really slowly.  Maybe thats a bad sign.  Check it out for yourself.

gloves.jpgNow here's a super nerdy idea.  Don't you just hate it when you're wearing your gloves to keep warm and your iPhone rings?  Try as you may, you can't answer it with your gloves on.  What a hassle.  If these are moments that irk you, then suffer no more!  These little guys feature 3 little dots for iPhone users and 1 dot for iPod users.  You can even specify right or left handed.  At $10 a piece this nerdy little convenience can't be beat.

hedgehog.jpgI know everyone who would reads this blog has already seen this but I had to post it anyways.  How cute is that hedgehog?  Do you think no pets in my apartment also applies to this little guy?  We could eat candy together!  The sugar high could be crazy though…

Saying that i'm a little obsessed with the Katamari video game may be a bit of an understatement.  I used to play it at Derek's old house when he was at work and he has now allowed me to borrow the entire system so I can play it in the comfort of my own home.  Bad idea.  I went from rolling up thumbtacks to humans in mere hours.  Only 68 more hours of gameplay and I could be rolling up houses, mountains and soon…the world!  Muhahahahaaaa.  Yeah, its getting bad.  I need help.  Until my fingers don't feel sore anymore I can enjoy the beautiful world of Katamari through this fantastic sculptures made by Jennie Maneri.  The detail is great, all the way down to the mini Pockey sticks!  Check it out for yourself.

Hey kids.  I know this blog was originally intended to follow my trip to Hawaii.  That idea lasted a good week.  I realized that I couldn't write about everything that I wanted to write about due to the nature of my job.  I'm going to try again.  I'm going to use this blog to write about some of my favorite things.  Music, art, culture, gossip, friends, etc.  Just a random smattering of the things that run through my head.  Be afraid, be very afraid.  Lets see how long this one lasts.

Booyah!
